Intangles raises $30M to scale predictive vehicle tech globally
Press Release, 8 October 2025
Pune-based deep tech company Intangles has secured a fresh USD 30 million in its Series B funding round, led by Avataar Venture Partners with follow-on support from Baring India Private Equity and Cactus Partners. The capital injection is expected to fast-track the global deployment of Intangles’ predictive AI solutions for the automotive industry and bolster R&D, product development, and team expansion.
Founded in 2016, Intangles offers a platform named Inroute, which combines physics-based models, IoT data, and AI to anticipate vehicle failures before they occur. The startup claims it can predict breakdown causes up to a month in advance with approximately 95 percent accuracy, giving fleet operators a rare window for proactive maintenance.Having already gained traction across 400,000+ vehicles worldwide—including in North America, Europe, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East—Intangles serves both OEMs and large fleet operators in sectors such as long-haul transport, transit, and construction.
In announcing the funding, Intangles’ co-founders emphasized a future built around scalable, resilient AI architecture that adapts to changing operational environments. The fresh funds will be used to push into new geographies, refine predictive models, and deepen partnerships in the mobility and logistics sectors.
The Series B round is a clear signal that investors are betting on predictive vehicle intelligence as a core component of modern fleet operations and automotive value chains. As Intangles scales, it aims to shift more players from reactive maintenance toward a future of continuous health monitoring, uptime optimization, and cost savings.
