Fyn Mobility, EV-as-a-service startup secures $2.5M

Fyn Mobility, an electric mobility startup located in Chennai, has announced a $2.5 million funding round led by investors Vijay Kedia, Lloyd Balajadia, and Rahul Bothra. The EV-as-a-Service (EVaaS) company intends to allocate the funds towards expanding its electric vehicle fleet, enhancing its technological capabilities, and launching its initial overseas operations in Southeast Asia.

Fyn Mobility operates a vertically integrated platform that offers end-to-end EV fleet services, helping large enterprises reduce logistics costs. Fyn states that its services can reduce these costs by as much as 20% through efficient fleet management and data-analyzed operational insights. The company, which already serves clients like Amazon and Flipkart, is also in talks to secure an additional $10 million to grow internationally and improve its software platform.
