Opus IVS ADAS map tool drives $1 B+ in calibration revenue in 2025
The global diagnostics and calibration specialist Opus IVS has achieved a major milestone: its software platform ADAS Map has enabled customers to generate over US $1 billion in calibration-related revenue since its launch in 2023.
The platform empowers collision-repair and calibration providers by offering VIN-specific ADAS system identification, OEM calibration requirements, and seamless integration with estimate platforms (such as CCC ONE and Mitchell Cloud Estimating). By automating steps like estimate auditing and calibration-documentation generation, ADAS Map streamlines workflow and supports proper reimbursement.
In addition to the core platform, Opus IVS reports that its expanded tools — including the Connect Network and CoPilot platforms — have added “hundreds of millions” more in revenue for ADAS calibration specialists through improved collaboration between repair shops and service providers.
With carriers increasingly demanding documented ADAS calibration compliance, ADAS Map has become a de-facto industry standard for documentation and workflow efficiency, according to the company’s VP of ADAS Solutions.
Opus IVS says this achievement underscores the growing importance of accurate ADAS calibration in the evolving world of advanced driver-assistance systems — and positions its solutions at the heart of the repair-industry shift toward data-driven, compliant, and profitable workflows. The company will showcase its ADAS Map, Connect and CoPilot technologies at the upcoming SEMA Show in Las Vegas (November 4-7).
