MapmyIndia Mappls adds multimodal public transport routes

The multimodal integration strengthens Mappls’ position as a comprehensive mobility platform, combining private and public transport data in one fully indigenous app. Currently live in select cities — including Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Chandigarh, and more the feature allows commuters to view routes, stations, stops, and interchange options, helping reduce travel time, congestion, and carbon footprint. The capability is already available on iOS and web, with Android support rolling out soon.
