MapmyIndia and Zoho join forces to deliver indigenous location intelligence in Zoho CRM

Press Release, 26 November 2025

In a major stride for India’s homegrown technology ecosystem, MapmyIndia Mappls, the nation’s leading digital mapping and geospatial technology company, has partnered with Zoho, a global technology firm headquartered in India, to integrate MapmyIndia’s Address Capture and Nearby Lead Finder directly within Zoho CRM.

The collaboration brings together two Indian technology pioneers to empower businesses with advanced, privacy-focused location intelligence. Through this integration, Zoho CRM users can now capture verified addresses, visualize customer locations, identify leads in nearby areas, and optimize sales routes — all powered by MapmyIndia’s fully indigenous digital mapping platform. This partnership is set to transform the way Indian businesses engage customers, combining Zoho’s business intelligence with MapmyIndia’s spatial expertise to improve productivity, efficiency, and on-ground decision-making.

Rakesh Verma, Co-Founder, Managing Director & Group Chairman of MapmyIndia, called the collaboration a “true blue Swadeshi celebration,” emphasizing that two Indian innovators are joining forces to deliver world-class, data-secure, homegrown solutions. He noted that such alliances strengthen India’s journey toward an Atmanirbhar (self-reliant) and Viksit Bharat (developed India).

Echoing this sentiment, Mani Vembu, CEO of Zoho, highlighted the partnership as a reflection of Zoho’s vision for self-reliant innovation rooted in Indian talent. “By combining deep-tech R&D from India with MapmyIndia’s geospatial capabilities, we’re delivering powerful and privacy-conscious solutions that empower businesses through location-aware intelligence,” he said.

Since 1995, MapmyIndia has been at the forefront of India’s digital mapping revolution, providing detailed, accurate, and secure mapping data across towns, villages, and roads nationwide. Meanwhile, Zoho, with over 55 business applications and 130 million users globally, continues to champion indigenous technology that values privacy and data ownership.

This collaboration underscores the growing strength of India’s digital ecosystem — one where Swadeshi innovation not only supports business transformation but also showcases India’s technological and economic leadership on the global stage.
