StradVision and AMD team up to power autonomous vehicle vision systems

Press Release, 13 November 2025

Global AI vision specialist StradVision has announced a multi-year partnership with semiconductor giant AMD, designed to push the boundaries of perception technology for autonomous vehicles. The collaboration will bring StradVision’s advanced MultiVision software together with AMD’s automotive-grade AI compute platform — namely the Versal™ AI Edge Series Gen 2 VEK385 evaluation kit — enabling real-time, multi-camera perception capabilities at this year’s CES 2026.

Under this joint effort, StradVision’s deep-learning stack (including its award-winning SVNet engine) will be tightly optimised with AMD’s processing hardware to deliver high-performance, low-power perception systems that recognise objects, pedestrians, lanes and free space — key elements in Level 4 autonomous driving architectures. For automakers and Tier-1 suppliers, the ready-to-deploy software-plus-hardware bundle promises faster time-to-market and reduced complexity, while also delivering improved safety and thermal efficiency in real-world driving scenarios.

In short, this alliance signifies a major step in making production-ready, AI-powered vision perception systems both scalable and efficient — a critical milestone as software-defined vehicle architectures and autonomous mobility move rapidly from concept to reality.
