News, 7 November 2025

Pavna Industries Ltd. has officially opened a new Research & Development facility at Sector 63, Noida, Uttar Pradesh, reinforcing its commitment to delivering next-gen automotive components and solutions. This state-of-the-art hub will focus on designing and engineering electronic modules, lock systems, switches and other advanced vehicle-system components — supporting everything from two-wheelers and three-wheelers to commercial and off-road vehicles.

By investing in this new centre, Pavna Industries aims to accelerate its product development lifecycle, enhance operational efficiency and deepen its technology footprint in a rapidly evolving mobility landscape. Managing Director Swapnil Jain called the facility “a significant milestone in our innovation journey… helping us deliver greater value to our OEM partners and end customers. With an existing manufacturing presence across India and export links to markets such as the US, Italy and Indonesia, the company is positioning itself to better meet global standards and customer expectations.

This development comes at a time when vehicle OEMs and component suppliers are intensifying their focus on electrification, connected systems and modular design — meaning that advanced R&D capacity is more crucial than ever. With this new centre, Pavna is both expanding its innovation capability and gearing up to serve the next-generation automotive market.
