IntelliHub adds real-time vehicle health monitoring to streamline fleet maintenance

In a major update, Forward Thinking Systems has introduced a new Vehicle Health feature in its IntelliHub platform that combines live diagnostic trouble code (DTC) monitoring and automated recall tracking in a unified, user-friendly interface. Fleet managers can now see at a glance which vehicles are flagged with active fault codes or pending recalls, thanks to color-coded indicators. A click reveals a detailed view broken into two tabs—Active DTCs and Open Recalls—offering plain language explanations, first occurrence timestamps, recall details, and even links to owner contact information.

By embedding these insights directly into the vehicle list view, IntelliHub helps fleets shift from reactive repairs to proactive maintenance. With real-time updates for onboard diagnostics and daily recall data refreshes, managers get instantaneous visibility into potential issues without toggling across multiple systems.
