BYD India, the subsidiary of the world’s leading new energy vehicle (NEV) manufacturer BYD, has inaugurated its 45th dealership in the country with a new showroom in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. Established in partnership with SHUBH BYD (M/s Shubh Mandhan Automotive Pvt. Ltd.), the outlet reflects the brand’s expanding footprint in India and marks a significant milestone as the company celebrates crossing 10,000 EV deliveries nationwide. This achievement underscores both growing consumer confidence in BYD and the accelerating shift toward sustainable mobility across India.
Spread across 4,000 sq. ft., the Bhopal showroom is designed as a premium space that combines contemporary styling with BYD’s vision of sustainable luxury. More than just a retail outlet, the facility immerses customers in an engaging brand experience while offering access to BYD’s expanding electric vehicle lineup, which includes the BYD SEALION 7, ATTO 3 eSUV, eMAX 7 eMPV, and SEAL sedan.
Speaking on the occasion, Rajeev Chauhan, Head of Electric Passenger Vehicles at BYD India, said the expansion reflects the company’s commitment to strengthening its presence across the country and boosting EV adoption in high-potential regions like central India. Dealer partner Prashant Mandhan added that the new outlet will help meet the rising demand for EVs in Madhya Pradesh while delivering superior customer service.
Coinciding with this milestone, BYD India has also launched its festive “Supercharged Celebrations” campaign, offering exclusive benefits to buyers through September and October 2025. Customers can avail extended warranties of up to 300,000 km on the eMAX 7 and 200,000 km on the ATTO 3, along with two years of complimentary maintenance across all models. Additional perks include discounts on accessories and festive gift hampers, making the ownership experience more rewarding.
Globally, BYD has sold over 13.4 million NEVs to date, helping save more than 110 billion kilograms of CO₂ emissions — equivalent to the absorption capacity of nearly 1.84 billion trees.
