Huawei’s new in-car audio system
Press Release
Huawei has unveiled its most premium vehicle sound system yet: the HUAWEI SOUND ULTIMATE Series. Revealed at an event in Shanghai, the system is first featured in the ultra-luxury Maextro S800 sedan. Designed to offer a fully immersive in-car audio experience, it combines cutting-edge hardware with smart tech to deliver audio like never before.
At its core are 43 speakers powered by dual 2,920 W amplifiers and rear 4D exciters, creating an all-round acoustic environment. Huawei also introduced features such as independent sound zones allowing front and rear passengers to experience different audio streams with minimal interference as well as 30 dB isolation between sound fields and 99% separation of audio energy. New elements like the Crystal Star-Ring Diffuser, which lights up when you enter the car and syncs with ambient lighting, and a Tangential Force Woofer (rotated design to reduce vibration) help deliver sharper and deeper sound. Huawei says its goal was to reproduce music the way the artist intended, blending hardware, software algorithms, and expert sound-tuning.
