Parkopedia powers in-car EV charging for Leapmotor’s international drivers

News, 4 September 2025

Parkopedia, a leading connected car services provider, is teaming up with Chinese EV maker Leapmotor to deliver seamless in-car charging features for international drivers. Through this partnership, Leapmotor models outside China—including the upcoming B10 crossover—will soon integrate real-time charger location, pricing, and availability directly into the vehicle’s infotainment system.

Starting in late 2025, Leapmotor drivers beyond China will benefit from Parkopedia’s full suite of EV charging tools—static maps, dynamic updates, and tariff information—all delivered via the vehicle’s head unit, making it simpler and safer to find and pay for charging. The B10 crossover, first revealed at the Paris Motor Show, will be the first to feature this integrated system and will be showcased again at IAA Mobility 2025 in Munich (September 9–14).Parkopedia ensures drivers can access accurate, up-to-date charging tariffs, helping them choose the most cost-effective options or stick with preferred providers offering loyalty perks or business charging cards. With over 90% of EV drivers in Europe and the U.S. experiencing “charging anxiety” and 60% rating accurate charging information as critical, this partnership addresses a major industry pain point.Embedded directly into the vehicle’s interface, these tools reduce distractions by supplying comprehensive EV Point-of-Interest (POI) data such as charger location, speeds, and connector types—all without needing to manually search or switch devices. Iris Xu, General Manager of Parkopedia China, emphasizes the collaboration reinforces Leapmotor’s fast-growing global expansion and supports the evolution of software-defined electric vehicles. Now part of the Arrive mobility platform (formerly EasyPark Group), Parkopedia leverages its vast, verified global database across over 90 countries to deliver high-quality in-car parking, charging, tolling, and fueling services. This Leapmotor collaboration marks another milestone in their strategy to empower Chinese automakers entering global markets.
