A white paper- ‘The importance of ADAS calibration for collision prevention and road safety‘, from Ascential Technologies, prepared in collaboration with Dealer Tire’s under the brand Sentric ADAS, has been released.

Accurate calibration, the report argues, is key to protecting lives, boosting safety, and decreasing potential liabilities for those who service or own vehicles.
To back up its assertions, the report includes data from sources like the National Safety Council (NSC), which estimates that ADAS technology, if properly used, could prevent around 62% of road accident deaths and nearly 60% of injuries from crashes each year in the U.S.—potentially saving approximately 20,000 lives.
