Nullmax and Black Sesame partner for ADAS solutions

News, 1 July 2025

Nullmax and Black Sesame Technologies have partnered to develop a mass-production Advanced Driver-Assistance System (ADAS) solution for mainstream vehicles, targeting the CNY 80,000 to CNY 150,000 price range. This solution integrates Nullmax’s full-stack software and advanced visual perception algorithms with Black Sesame Technologies’ Wudang® C1236 cross-domain computing chip.

The comprehensive ADAS system offers features such as city memory navigation assistance, highway navigation assistance, and memory parking, designed to meet real-world driving needs. This partnership seeks to make advanced driver-assistance system (ADAS) capabilities, typically found in high-end vehicles, accessible to a wider audience, thereby democratizing smart driving technology.

Nullmax is recognized for its strong visual perception algorithms and ADAS solutions, widely applied in mass production and specializing in BEV-AI algorithm deployment and multi-core computing. Black Sesame Technologies, a leading provider of automotive-grade intelligent computing chips since 2016, offers both its Huashan and Wudang series chips.

By combining the C1236 chip’s cost-effectiveness with Nullmax’s algorithms and engineering expertise, their joint effort seeks to set a new standard for ADAS in the mainstream market, promoting “equal access to ADAS.” This partnership provides cost-effective, practical, and intelligent travel experiences, as both companies commit to ongoing strategic cooperation to advance technological innovation and widespread ADAS adoption, making intelligent driving assistance a standard feature.
