ARAI and Infineon to develop automotive semiconductor technologies

Infineon and Automotive Research Association of India (ARAI) have inked a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to develop vehicle control units and EV inverters especially for the Indian EV market. The partnership encompasses the joint development of automatic driving (AD) and advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) technologies. This covers features like automated emergency braking (AEB), lane keep assist (LKA), and blind spot detection (BSD).
The MoU seeks to provide all-inclusive solutions that enhance EV batteries’ dependability, safety, and affordability.
