News, 18 January 2025

Global multi-stage investment firm Point72 Private Investments is leading a $90 million Series D funding round for Netradyne. Pavilion Capital and Qualcomm Ventures also took part in the financing.

At a time when it is considering expansion throughout Europe and Japan, the company, which already works in India, plans to use the funds raised to increase its R&D efforts, introduce new goods and services, and expand globally.

Its flagship product driven by AI through the use of safety alert movies, GPS tracking, and sensors that may identify driver drowsiness, proposes to ensure driver safety by monitoring every minute of driving time and identifying unsafe and safe driving behaviors. Additionally, it provides other vehicle data types, such as fuel analysis and vehicle maintenance. The corporation hired Hybus, an intercity luxury bus transportation company located in India, to send out drivers last monthly use technology across its fleet.

Founded in 2015 by Avneesh Agrawal and David Julian, Netradyne employs more than 800 people and provides its clients in the US, Canada, Mexico, Germany, the UK, Australia, New Zealand, and India with solutions covering fleet safety, compliance, fleet management, integrations, and insurance. It is based in California, with offices in Bangalore, India, and San Francisco.

As part of its continued growth in Europe and the UK, Netradyne last year partnered with fleet management and vehicle safety firms, such as UK-based Intelex and Germany-based Roos Fleet Service GMBH.

Delivery, field services, food and beverage, concrete, construction, passenger transit, haulage and logistics, oil and gas, wholesale and retail, and trash are among the industries in which the company’s clients are situated.
