AUMOVIO to introduce new car-tech at CES 2026
Press Release, 11 December 2025
Germany-based auto-technology firm AUMOVIO formerly the Automotive unit of Continental AG is set to unveil a wide array of cutting-edge mobility technologies at CES 2026 in Las Vegas from January 6–9. The showcase will mark AUMOVIO’s first appearance at CES under its new identity after spinning off and listing on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange in September 2025.
At its booth, AUMOVIO plans to demonstrate how the future of driving merges performance, style and safety. A star attraction is the “Branded Personalized Cockpit,” a multi-display setup combining vibrant ePaper screens, OLED displays with privacy-mode, and seamless camera integration — offering a reimagined in-car experience. The company will also highlight its “Xelve” platform: a full suite of Advanced Driver-Assistance Systems (ADAS) and automated-driving technologies that scale from standard assisted driving (L2) all the way to highly autonomous (L4) functionality. Xelve’s variants include parking-assist, driver-assist, fully autonomous driving, and even a trailer-maneuvering module that uses surround-view cameras for collision warnings.
Beyond displays and driving automation, AUMOVIO will showcase its next-generation software-defined vehicle (SDV) architecture. This includes virtualization tools, a high-performance central computer (HPC), zone control units, sensors and actuators — enabling carmakers to develop, test and deploy vehicle software long before hardware production. The company is also putting forward new safety features: a night-vision camera system for improved visibility in poor light and a wireless rotor-temperature sensor for EV motors that can monitor and manage heat with greater precision, improving safety and efficiency.
With its debut at CES 2026, AUMOVIO aims to show how its broad portfolio — from immersive interiors to autonomous driving systems and streamlined vehicle architectures — positions it as a frontrunner shaping the future of mobility.
