Automotive electronics manufacturer Star Engineers India Pvt. Ltd. and mobility-tech firm ConnectM Technology Solutions Pvt. Ltd. have teamed up to launch a new joint venture, StarConnectM LLP, to design, develop and scale intelligent connected-vehicle systems and software-defined mobility platforms. The collaboration marries Star Engineers’ deep expertise in high-volume manufacturing, quality systems and hardware production with ConnectM’s prowess in vehicle control electronics, embedded software and cloud-based mobility solutions.
StarConnectM is set to deliver end-to-end solutions for automotive OEMs—covering everything from concept and architecture through embedded hardware, telematics, software and full manufacturing deployment. Initially focused on the Indian market, the venture aims for a global footprint further down the line. By uniting the innovation speed of software-driven vehicle systems with established production scale and reliability, the new venture hopes to bridge the gap between next-gen mobility technologies and practical rollout at volume.
