Sheeva.AI and Cashfree Payments have signed a strategic partnership to enable in-vehicle payments across India, bringing frictionless financial transactions directly into car infotainment systems. This collaboration combines Sheeva’s location-based vehicle technology with Cashfree’s robust payments infrastructure, allowing drivers to securely pay for services such as parking, fuel, charging, tolls, and more — all without leaving the car.
Under the alliance, the companies will integrate Sheeva’s SheevaConnect™ platform, which includes geolocation, geofencing, payment, and service activation modules, with Cashfree’s payment APIs and payout capabilities. The result: drivers gain one-tap access to services based on their vehicle’s surroundings, while merchants and service providers gain a new channel to monetize connected-car experiences. Data and user privacy are emphasized — transactional data remains within the vehicle ecosystem and is processed securely, reducing exposure to external systems. As India accelerates adoption of connected car technologies, this move aims to push the country ahead in the race to vehicle commerce innovation, enhancing user convenience while opening new revenue pathways for automakers and service networks alike.
