QCraft teams up with Chery to accelerate L4 autonomous logistics solutions
Press Release, 24 November 2025
Global autonomous driving firm QCraft has announced a strategic partnership with Chery Commercial Vehicle, a subsidiary of China’s Chery Holding Group, marking QCraft’s formal entry into the Level 4 (L4) autonomous logistics arena. The collaboration is designed to integrate QCraft’s advanced L4 driving technology into Chery’s commercial vehicle platforms, paving the way for a new generation of intelligent logistics vehicles.
By automating high-frequency, short-distance delivery tasks such as warehouse-to-neighborhood routes these vehicles aim to tackle persistent challenges in the logistics sector including elevated costs, labor shortages and fluctuating demands. QCraft highlights that its “Robovan” logistics vehicle, already in use in cities like Suzhou and Jinhua, builds upon the company’s existing mass-production assisted-driving footprint of nearly one million vehicles. QCraft’s CEO, James Yu, notes that pairing Chery’s manufacturing scale with QCraft’s autonomous-driving expertise “provides a powerful foundation to commercialize autonomous logistics at scale.”
The move advances QCraft’s roadmap beyond passenger-mobility applications into goods transport, leveraging its full-stack AD solutions already deployed across China, Europe, South Korea, Japan, Singapore and the Middle East. With logistics networks under increasing pressure to enhance speed, minimize per-parcel cost and deliver seamlessly during peak demand, this partnership aims to bring industrial-grade autonomy into the heart of everyday delivery.
