Provizio announces imaging radar- VizioR&I

Provizio announces imaging radar innovation at Slush.

Provizio which was founded in 2019 by CEO Barry Lunn, has announced the debut of VizioR&I, a new imaging radar system based on Nvidia technology.

VizioR&I is designed as an advanced solution for real-time visual analysis and decision-making, particularly in the context of safety, automation, and infrastructure management. It provides real-time visual insights, helping users to monitor and analyze environments or systems as events unfold. It utilizes AI algorithms to enhance data processing, pattern recognition, and predictive analytics, automating the identification of anomalies or potential issues. It allows users to easily interact with the platform without needing extensive training. VizioR&I supports the integration of various data sources, combining inputs from different systems (like IoT devices, cameras, sensors) to provide a comprehensive view. Users can likely customize dashboards to display the most relevant metrics and data points corresponding to their specific operational needs. It has functionality for setting up alerts for specific events, providing timely notifications that allow users to react promptly to critical situations.

The Nvidia Drive AGX Orin system-on-a-chip, which powers Nvidia DriveOS, is used by the VizioR&I.

Eamonn Lunn, Provizio’s head of research and industrial business development, commented on the announcement, saying: “VizioR&I marks a completely new era for perception technology, not just for radars but across the board – including LiDAR and cameras.”
