Lucid reshapes leadership to boost growth and global reach

Lucid Group, Inc. has announced a strategic reorganization aimed at speeding up innovation, streamlining decision-making and strengthening its global footprint as it ramps production of the Lucid Gravity SUV and prepares for the upcoming midsize platform launch.
Key leadership changes include the promotion of Emad Dlala to Senior Vice President, Engineering & Digital, where he’ll oversee powertrain, vehicle engineering, digital systems and software development. Meanwhile, Erwin Raphael has been elevated to Senior Vice President, Revenue, with expanded global responsibility for sales and service operations. In addition, Marnie Levergood takes on the role of Senior Vice President, Quality, bringing decades of experience to ensure vehicles meet the company’s high standards. The company also announced that Eric Bach, former Senior VP of Product and Chief Engineer, has departed after more than a decade with the firm.
These changes reflect Lucid’s push to sharpen its operational execution and deliver its next-generation electric vehicles more efficiently, as it targets global market expansion and deeper integration of software-defined vehicle capabilities.
