HMSI launches ‘Smart Workshop’ app
Date: March 22, 2024. — Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India (HMSI) has introduced a solution to enhance customer service experience with the launch of the ‘Smart Workshop’ Mobile app. This app empowers users to track the progress of their vehicle servicing in real-time, offering unprecedented transparency and convenience.
“Smart Workshop” simplifies the service process by providing real-time updates through a single SMS link. Customers bringing their Honda scooters or motorcycles for servicing at authorized HMSI centers (currently in Hyderabad, Jaipur, Pune, and Mumbai) will receive this link. Clicking the link will take them to the app, where they can see their vehicle’s service progress every step of the way, from arrival and inspection to repair and final readiness for pickup.
HMSI’s real-time visibility feature brings numerous advantages to its customers. Firstly, it reduces waiting time by enabling customers to track their vehicle’s progress, eliminating unnecessary waits at the service center. Additionally, it enhances day planning by providing updates on service progress, allowing for better scheduling and organization.
