Force Motors introduces three-year complimentary roadside assistance program across entire vehicle range

Force Motors Limited, India’s largest van manufacturer and a leading player in the commercial vehicle sector, has launched a new Roadside Assistance (RSA) program, offering three years of complimentary coverage across its entire product portfolio — including the Traveller, Trax, Monobus, Urbania, and Gurkha. The initiative marks a first in India’s commercial vehicle segment and reinforces the company’s focus on enhancing customer experience, reliability, and service accessibility nationwide.
The comprehensive RSA program provides 24×7, year-round assistance through a toll-free multilingual helpline. It covers a wide range of services such as on-site mechanical and electrical repairs, free towing up to 100 km, accident assistance, battery jump-starts, tyre changes, and key-related support. Customers also gain access to added convenience features like legal and medical referrals, hotel or taxi coordination, and vehicle custody services in case of delays. The program is backed by a nationwide partner network, ensuring quick, professional support wherever the vehicle operates.
