18th January 2024: Ather Energy has introduced a service program called ExpressCare, aimed at reducing the service time for its range of electric scooters. The program offers a quick service option where customers can get their e-scooters serviced in just 60 minutes without compromising on the quality of service. This initiative involves two skilled technicians working together on a scooter to complete a comprehensive service within the specified timeframe. The ExpressCare workshops are equipped with a robust appointment system to ensure minimal customer delays and added convenience by allowing the reservation of service bays in advance.
The ExpressCare service comes at a premium of ₹125-150, and the company has stated that over 2,000 customers have already availed the service in the last two months. As of now, the service is available at 20 outlets across 11 cities, with plans to expand to 50 more outlets by March 2024.
ExpressCare is designed to prioritize the customer’s time for a quick and smooth service experience, reflecting Ather Energy’s commitment to providing hassle-free services to its consumers. This initiative aligns with Ather Energy’s ecosystem approach towards building electric vehicles and enhancing the overall service experience for its customers.
Ravneet Singh Phokela, Chief Business Officer of Ather Energy, said,“We have always believed in an ecosystem approach when it comes to building EVs, and providing a seamless service experience is part of it. To further enhance the service experience we are introducing ExpressCare, which will ensure a quicker service. We will also continue to introduce more services in the coming months to provide a hassle free experience to consumers. ”
Currently, Ather Energy has 156 Service Centers across India and plans to 50 more by March 2024.
