Mr. A. Srinivas is currently Senior Vice President & Head of Product Development, Automotive Division, Mahindra & Mahindra. In his present capacity he oversees product development for automotive division, which comprises of program management, design engineering, vehicle integration, build, validation & testing functions. He obtained his M.S in Automotive Electronics degree from Coventry University, U.K. He has 30 years of diverse experience in various facets of product development which includes deployment of innovative features & technologies across M&M product range, technology incubation & commercialization, and frugal engineering approaches.
He led the end-to-end development of products such as TUV300, KUV100 & Jeeto. He has been widely appreciated for the massive upgradation of entire range of Mahindra products with state-of-the-art customer delight features, keeping pace with rapid proliferation of electronics. He pioneered hybrid initiatives in India, Mahindra being the first OEM to productionise Scorpio and Bolero Micro-Hybrids through his frugal engineering approach. He is instrumental in bringing out several state-of-the-art technologies for XUV 500, Scorpio and other products which were instrumental in transforming Mahindra’s brand image from “Rural & Rugged to Global & Aspirational”.
He held various key roles at both national and international forums. As a Co Chairman, Mr.Srinivas was leading the Hybrid and Electrical Vehicle initiatives of SIAM. He was an advisor to NATRIP and a member of TIFAC/ CAR board on automotive electronics and infotronics.
He owns/co-owns 15 patents and 9 publications in international/national conferences to his credit. Technologies developed by Mr.Srinivas has won several accolades such as Golden Peacock Eco-Innovation Award 2010, Innovation of the year 2009 by AutoCAR-UTVi, Leadership award in Automotive Electronics and Leadership award in best automotive embedded system design.

A celebrated voice in the BFSI sector, he has over two and a half decades of rich experience in the insurance industry. He has been with Bajaj Allianz since its inception in 2001 and was an integral part of the team starting up the insurance business in the retail market. Mr. Singhel has been involved in various international projects like setting up of retail business for Allianz in China and Bancassurance development in the Asia-Pacific region. Mr. Singhel started his career as a direct officer in 1991 with New India Assurance Company. He has handled portfolios as varied as accounts, IT, underwriting, claims, marketing, sales, etc. throughout his career. He holds the responsibility of Convenor of the Working Group on Non-Life Insurance of Confederation of Indian Industry (CII). He is the Chairman of IRDAI’s panel to promote e-commerce in insurance, Member of IRDAI’s Advisory Committee on Reinsurance and IRDAI’s Insurance Advisory Committee. He was the President of Indo-German Chamber of Commerce for the year 2014-15 and was earlier the Vice-President for the year 2013-14. He was a member of the Board of Directors for Berkshire India Limited and Berkshire Hathaway Services India Private Limited during 2011-12.

Prior to his work with Roland Berger, Wilfried was the Managing Director and CEO of Mercedes-Benz India where he was responsible for passenger cars, trucks and busses. Before that, he held various positions with Daimler in Europe, the US and India. He holds a PhD in Physics with a focus on Computational Material Science.
Vinod Sood is currently Managing Director at Hughes Systique Corporation (HSC); an Engineering R&D services company. Prior to his current role, he was Head of Global Engineering and R&D at Hughes Software Systems (HSS) and served on its Board as well. Before HSS, Vinod worked with C-DOT where he was part of the core team which designed India 1st Digital Switch. Vinod is a veteran of hi-tech software industry, during his career span of 30 years he has built high performance teams at premier R&D organizations in India. Vinod has an exceptional track record of building profitable and sustainable institutions from conceptualization to maturity.
He is member of NASSCOM Engineering R&D and Northern Regional Councils. He is a member of Advisory Committee of the Institute of Informatics and Communications, University of Delhi. Mohan B V is a Chief Technical Expert in the area of Engineering Solutions and Telematics at Bosch India. He is an Engineering Graduate from Mysore University & holds a master degree from BITS, Pilani. He has 19 years of Industry experience in varied fields – Computer Telephony, Software Engineering Solutions & Telematics. He is a practising solution architect and mentors the technical community at Bosch India in the areas of Telematics & Engineering Transformation. His current responsibilities include general management of a complex technology operation with a global reach in the Vehicle telematics industry and Insurance Telematics Industry.
Ankit Taparia co-founded Teramatrix Technologies in 2013 which has been recently acquired by Globetouch - a leading provider of global connectivity solutions and IoT platforms based out of Silicon Valley. Ankit is a strong proponent of Connected Automotive use cases. Under his leadership Teramatrix xFusion platform has been successfully deployed with world's largest two-wheeler and India's top commercial vehicle manufacturer. Ankit pursued his Bachelors at BITS Pilani, India and Masters at Aalto university in Finland. He was recognized with BITS Alumni 30under30 award for his start-up work. He is an adventure enthusiast and in 2015 represented India at the International Antarctic Expedition.
