Dr. Wilfried Aulbur is the Managing Partner of Roland Berger in India
and heads Roland Berger's Asia Automotive Practice. He is the Chairman of Roland Berger Middle East and Africa and a member of Roland Berger's Supervisory Board. His industry focus is Automotive, Industrials, Aerospace & Defense, as well as Engineering and IT service companies. However, he has worked in other areas such as Metals & Mining, Consumer Goods & Retail and Energy, Chemical & Utilities as well. His work centers around operational performance improvement, growth and innovation.
Wilfried is the Chairman of the National Automotive Council of Assocham and the Chairman of the Indian Council on Competitiveness, a sister organization of the US Council on Competitiveness. He has held various roles in SIAM as well as the Indo-German Chamber of Commerce. Besides being a member of the jury for various initiatives such as the Porter Prize, AutoCar Professional, AutoTech Review, and Manufacturing Technology, he regularly publishes in leading dailies and industry-focused publications and is a regular speaker at key industry events. He is a lecturer at Harvard Business Publishing and a mentor for the International Innovation Corps of the University of Chicago.
Prior to his work with Roland Berger, Wilfried was the Managing Director and CEO of Mercedes-Benz India where he was responsible for passenger cars, trucks and busses. Before that, he held various positions with Daimler in Europe, the US and India. He holds a PhD in Physics with a focus on Computational Material Science.
Krish Inbarajan is Global Head of Connected Car and Fleet at Cisco Jasper. He has more than 15+ years’ experience in connected car and fleet space. Most experience from General Motors’ OnStar division as a Director. Worked across multiple OnStar functions, and also with GM vehicle engineering and infotainment teams. Worked with entire telematics ecosystem. Led Ryder’s connected truck operations as Senior Director. Ryder is a leading trucking, leasing and supply chain company. He designed predictive maintenance system for use at Ryder facilities. Engaged with Fleet telematics companies and aftermarket systems in US, Canada and Europe. He has more than 10 patents in the connected car space.

Juergen Hase is a telecoms industry veteran, having worked for over 25 years to develop, implement and execute new businesses in different global markets. In the IoT arena he has rich experience of over 10 years. Since July’16 he took over the responsibility of CEO IoT business of Anil Ambani-led Reliance Group based in Mumbai to execute the IoT strategy for India. Prior to this he was director, IoT / M2M at Qatar-based Ooredoo, responsible for implementing the company's IoT business in the Middle East, North Africa and South Asia, in multiple vertical segments. He has founded and managed as Vice President the M2M Competence Center on group level all national and global M2M / IoT activities for Deutsche Telekom. He has been board member of many global M2M associations such as Global M2M Alliance (GMA), International M2M Council (IMS) and M2M Alliance. Juergen Hase graduated at the Technical University in Germany with a major in Telecommunications.
Ms. Farhana Haque is responsible for the IoT business for Vodafone India. Her role enables her to advise different organizations in their IoT journey. She has around 15 years of business and strategy experience and has worked with organizations in helping them build transformational business models. She is an alumni of NIT Rourkela and SPJIMR.

is leading from the Tech and Strategy for The Hi-Tech Robotic Systemz. The company is working on “Closed loop systems” which include Human driver behavior monitoring and external environment perception for Automated Driving systems.
Ritukar headed software division of India’s the first Self Driving vehicles, which were four BMP Armoured Personnel Carrier Vehicles back in 2011. Since then he has been leading the Self Driving Vehicle initiatives in India for numerous of projects with Defence, Auto OEMs and Research labs. Which includes launch of India’s first and world’s fourth Self Driving Shuttle in Auto Expo 2016.
He is one of early movers in robotics in India with more than 10 years of wide experience in Self Driving Vehicles, Advance Driver Assistive Systems Human Robot Interaction, Medical Robotics Arms, Warehousing / Material Handling robots.

Mr. Sirish Batchu
has ~24years of experience in the industry and is currently the Head of Infotronics Technology and Advance Electronics at Mahindra Research Valley, Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. for the Automotive and Farm Sectors since July 2013. He is responsible for the development & exploration of relevant technologies in advance of vehicle programs which helps in reducing time to market and launch reliable products for M&M. He is involved in formulation of the Technology Strategy the Automotive and Farm Sectors, and acts as a Technology evangelist across group divisions.
Sirish has been responsible for the creation of “DiGiSENSE” - the Connected Vehicles Platform at Mahindra & Mahindra which is a common solution for the entire Mobility Sector across the Group companies (Automotive, Farm & Commercial Vehicles). This was launched in market in Aug-2016 and will be available across various vehicle platforms in the Mahindra portfolio.
He is also responsible for the Advanced Electronics solutions that include standardizing the Vehicle E/E Architectures, ADAS, various emerging Technology Projects and Green Energy Solutions. He actively engages with the startups & academia in the exploration of possible new ideas/concepts that can be brought to the automotive domain.

Dennis Kengo (Nilsson) Oka holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering from Chalmers University of Technology. Currently, Dennis works for ETAS K.K. as Head of ESCRYPT Japan (embedded security).
His specialties include Embedded security consulting, Risk assessment, Security research, Automotive networks and systems, Wireless technologies, Program/project management, C, Perl, Python, Java, Linux. Dennis has over 10+ years and over 50 publications consisting of conference papers, articles and books, and has presented at a number of international conferences and events.
Earlier Dennis worked with Bosch Automotive Service Solutions (formerly SPX Service Solutions) as Regional Technical Manager.

Hardeep Saini is Director of Engineering at Qualcomm India, based in Mumbai. In this role, Hardeep’s key responsibility is to shape technology strategy and drive adoption of Qualcomm’s advance technologies in the region. He leads the network engineering engagements with Indian telecom operators with goal to commercialize LTE, LTE Adv. VoLTE and other upcoming technologies. Combining his experience and knowledge within system engineering, radio planning, device ecosystem and telecom technologies, he continues to support technology evolution for Qualcomm’s growth in India.
Prior to joining Qualcomm in 2004, Hardeep was part network planning at Lucent Technologies, India, working on planning for GSM, CDMA2000, EV-DO systems. He started his career at Netkarft, India.
Saini holds a Bachelor of Science degree in electronics engineering from Punjab University, Patiala, India and a Post Graduate Diploma in Telecom Systems from Symbiosis Institute of Telecom Management, Pune, India.

Dr. Rajeev Shorey has worked with General Motors (GM) India Science Laboratory (ISL), IBM India Research Laboratory and SASKEN Technologies. He was an adjunct faculty in the Computer Science Dept at IIT, Delhi from 1998 to 2005. He was a faculty in the Computer Science Dept at the National University of Singapore from 2003 to 2004, while on leave from IBM Research Labs in New Delhi. Dr. Shorey’s work has more than 50 publications in international journals and conferences and several US patents, all in the area of wireless, wired networks, including wireless security. He has 12 issued US patents and several pending US patents to his credit. Dr. Shorey was elected a Fellow of the Indian National Academy of Engineering in 2007 and was recognised by ACM as a Distinguished Scientist in December 2014. He is a Fellow of the Institution of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers, India and a Senior Member of IEEE.
Dr. Roland E. Haas has 20+ years of professional experience in senior techno-managerial, business innovation and business development assignments in Germany, USA, India and Japan. Broad experience in Automotive R&D, Aerospace R&D, Engineering & IT services, consulting and strategy. Entrepreneur, mentor for startups, researcher and book author.
He studied Computer Science, Mathematics and Electronics at the University of Karlsruhe (now Karlsruhe Institute of Technology, KIT) and the Technical University of Clausthal, Germany. He received his Doctorate degree from the Technical University of Clausthal in 1997. Alumni of the German National Academic Foundation and the Mercedes-Benz Scholarship Foundation.
He was a visiting researcher at the Kyushu Institute of Design, Fukuoka, Japan and at the Daimler Chrysler Research Center in Palo Alto, CA, USA. From 1993 to 1998 he was with the Daimler Group working in different divisions like Research & Technology, Passenger Car Engineering and IT Management. In 1999 he went to Airbus (then a subsidiary of DaimlerChrysler Aerospace) to head a new department in the R&D division.
In February 2001 he became the Managing Director of DaimlerChrysler’s Research and Technology Center in Bangalore, India (now Mercedes-Benz Research and Development India) which he led until 2006.
In 2007 he founded the company QSO Technologies which was incubated at IIITB. QSO Technologies provides engineering and software development services in Automotive Electronics, Car IT, Automotive Embedded Systems and develops algorithms for ADAS, Autonomous driving and big data applications. The company also conducts workshops on Automotive Cyber Security and helps clients to identify cyber security risks and to deploy cyber security solutions.
Roland Haas is also a Partner at Magility GmbH & Co. KG, a strategy consulting company that focuses on the digital transformation of business models, market entry strategies, IoT/Industry 4.0, cyber security, Automotive E/E & software technologies, e mobility and the technical and legal challenges of autonomous driving.
Dr. Haas is an Honorary Professor at the International Institute of Information Technology (IIIT-B) and an Adjunct Professor at the Indian Institute of Science (IISc) where he does research and teaching in Mechatronics, Automotive Electronics, Information Management, Car IT, Automotive Software Engineering, and Virtual Product Creation.

Abhijit Ghaskadbi Abhijit has over 25 years of work experience in the Automotive Domain. He started his career with Tata Motors and has spent around 10 years Purchasing and R&D. He was part of the team that designed the Tata Safari. He was then part of Infosys where he spent 12 years both in India and in USA . While in the US he was in Sales and Account Management roles developing Engineering Services Sales. He also set up 2 Delivery Units while at Infosys - one focused on Delivering Engineering Services for Automotive and Industrial vertical, and another focused on IT systems for Product Design and Manufacturing.
More recently at Tech Mahindra, he heads the Automotive Vertical and is responsible for Automotive Digital Strategy, and developing solutions for Connected Vehicles, Factory of the Future, Connected Aftermarket and Customer-Centricity solutions.

With more than 15 years of experience in the automotive industry, especially in strategic consulting and market research, Kaushik’s expertise lies in competitive intelligence and benchmarking, new market entry and diversification strategies, new business model analysis and evaluation and end consumer analysis of automotive technologies.
Kaushik headed the Powertrain program globally within Mobility Practice, managing and delivering strategic projects for European, Asian, and North American OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers. Kaushik managed a global team of analysts and consultants working on strategic and emerging technology trends in Powertrain including advanced engine, transmission, hybrid and electric vehicle technologies. Kaushik also held the position of Director for the Global Innovation Centre (GIC) in Chennai. As part of this responsibility he was involved in mentoring senior analysts and managers in GIC across various business units.

Srini has a Masters in Engineering from Texas A&M University and an MBA from Wayne State University in the United States. He now serves in the role of a Manager for Connected Vehicles & Services department for Asia Pacific region. Srini has a couple of patents – one in the area of smart mobility and the other in Tire Pressure Monitoring System.
