  • No registration fee refund requests will be entertained after 15th April 2013.
  • 'Group Discount' of 10% shall be given for a group of 3 or more delegates registering from same organization.
Payments for the conference should be made through bank draft or account payee-crossed cheque or wire transfer, in favour of:

Cancellation and Substitution Policy
  • In case the registered delegate is unable to attend due to some reason, he/she can nominate other person to attend the conference. Please inform the conference secretariat latest by the 25th of April 2013.

  • If the registered delegate is unable to attend the conference and wants refund of delegate fee, he may do so and claim back 50% of the registration fee latest by 15th April 2013.
